ORDER STATUS

How can I check the status of my order?
Silk Hair offers you an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply entering your tracking number. As soon as you receive the number after your shipping confirmation, enter it on our "Track My Silk Hair Order" page, and click the Track button. It's as easy as pie: you'll instantly see where your package is and the delivery steps.


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Return new and unopened items to us within 15 days of delivery.

Simply contact our support team at support@silkhair.ch if you have any questions about your return.

For any product worth more than 75 CHF, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

Please keep the receipt. When placing your order, make sure to select the correct size, color, etc. to avoid returns for exchanges.


Terms and Conditions:

We encourage our customers to carefully read our return policy and ensure that all items are returnable to avoid any disappointment. We only issue store credit for items purchased with a discount or coupon code of 25% or more off the retail price. Refunds or credits will be issued within 15 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above). You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any return not made within this period will be rejected. We refund all full-priced items according to the original payment method. Exchanges are made via store credit for eligible items only. We do not provide return labels or cover shipping fees. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back at your expense. All items purchased with a gift card or store credit cannot be returned. Gift cards purchased and store credits issued by Inspire Uplift cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping fees and government taxes are non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes of placing the order. The terms and conditions of our return policy take precedence in case of any miscommunication or otherwise. What happens if I haven't received my order after 10 to 15 business days?
Don’t worry—slight shipping delays may occur due to upcoming or ongoing holidays, which are not business days for postal and delivery services. Also, keep in mind that customs in your country may take considerable time to clear your package. If your delivery is significantly delayed or if you encounter issues tracking your order, please contact us at support@silkhair.ch. We are happy to assist you at any time.
